I really have become a more efficient and stronger runner! I really enjoy the program delivery and the variety of exercises is great. I’ll deliver a 12-week run + strength program directly into Final Surge — built around your life, your loads, and your movement patterns.

 

3. Train With Clear Structure
Follow a simple, scalable weekly schedule that lets you log every workout, access full exercise demos, and train confidently.

 

4. Review & Progress
Each month (or checkpoint), I’ll assess your progress, give feedback, and adjust your plan so you continue building strength — without burning out.

About your coach

I’m Jeremy, an Exercise Physiologist and strength coach with a deep passion for helping runners and active adults run stronger, move better, and stay injury-free.

 

Over the years, I’ve worked with countless runners and fitness seekers, helping them build real strength, correct movement inefficiencies, and train consistently – all while protecting their bodies from breakdown.

 

My coaching approach is grounded in biomechanics, smart long-term planning, and real-life training that adapts to your schedule. When you coach with me, you don’t just follow workouts — you build a resilient, powerful engine for running and life.
