All run & strength coaching is via the Summit app & Final Surge (FS) Coach/Athlete. 

 
HOW COMMUNICATION WORKS

You link to me as your coach in FS and ‘comment’ after every workout as well as weekly emails – for me to review and respond.

WHAT’S NEXT…

After you complete your – run/strength/health – form, I’m notified and will be in contact within 48h to discuss goals and next steps. 👌

 
FEES

To set you up and build your initial program, the start up fee: $170.

Coaching cost is $220/month for a minimum of 3 months. 

 
ADDITONAL OPTIONS

If you are local, I strongly recommend arranging an in studio initial appointment, run analysis and functional movement screen. This is a 1hr appt and costs $197. 

Regular weekly 1:1 run strength coaching appointments are 50min / $120 or $157 if monthly. 

Also we provide individual: Run gait analysis, VO2 max and Metabolic testing  – See “Assessments”

I really have become a more efficient and stronger runner! I really enjoy the program delivery and the variety of exercises is great. So far my achievements have been: Running pain free; Running 10km hard and with confidence i wouldn't get injured; completing my first Olympic Distance Triathlon and completing Nail Can Hill trail race in under 60mins. Being coached by Jeremy really has given me the confidence to take on all my fitness goals.d

I had 'coaches' write strength and running programs for me in the past that I didn't feel were appropriate for my goals. As a result, I always dropped out pretty quick. Thus, the only reservation I had with your coaching was whether or not I would buy into your approach. Turns out, I do! I appreciated that you listened to my goals, past experiences and felt that you asked all the right questions to figure out where I'm at and what I need to succeed. I real like the program. I understand the importance of each aspect, I feel that I am making progress and it doesn't take much time out of my week! I'm training smarter and I'm really enjoying it. 2 HUGE things I've achieved thus far - I ran my first full km in under 5 mins... never expected that! & consistency in the strength aspect of the program (which I thought I would hate, but turns out i actually enjoy it!). Initially my main goal was to create a running habit that i could do year round to replace my sporting (rugby) void of the last 15 years. I've exceeded my on expectations and feel as though I've only scratched the surface! Achievements thus far: Sub 60min 10k (I really did smash that!!) Sub 25min 5k Razorback trail mara under 7h. Can't wait to tackle Mt Macedon 50k trail race next month!
